0.50 cup Coconut Oil 0.50 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 0.12 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 6 date, pitted Medjool dates 2 tbsp Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened 1 serving Isagenix Greens 1 tsp Maca Powder - Raw Organic 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 2 serving Cocoa Powder, Fry's - 1T (5g) 2 serving Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips 2 serving Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips 26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 1 tbsp Aunt Sues Raw Wild Natural Honey 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 2 serving Isagenix IsaPro Whey Protein Shake (Vanilla)
Set aside 1/8c mini chocolate chips and sweetened coconut flakes for topping. Mix all ingredients into food processor (Ninja) and pulse until soft dough forms. Scoop 1T size balls into snack bar mold and press out evenly. Place in the freezer 15-20 minutes or longer to set. 1 bar is 1 serving.
