1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 0.5 cup Flour, white 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 dash Salt 1 cup Milk, 1% 0.5 1tsp Coconut Oil 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries
Soak oats and almond flour in milk for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let rest 15 minutes.
Line muffin tins with paper liners and fill.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
