Ingredients
1 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked 8 tbsp Dukes Mayonnaise .3 serving Celery 1 cup chopped or 3 stalks (by TYPINGIT) 2 tbsp dill pickle relish, Mt Olive salad dill cubes (by RUMBAMEL) 5 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
Directions
I broke cauliflower into flowettes and cooked cauliflower in instant pot with 1 cup water for 2 minuets because I like it it soft. For more texture cook 0 minutes. Quick release. Run under cold water to stop cooking process. Chop vegetables and add to cauliflower. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir in mayonnaise.
