Ingredients
1001 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Canola Oil 5 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 3 cloves Garlic 2 hearts of romaine, separated into leaves
Directions
Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet, add the onions and gently saute until translucent. Crumble the ground chicken in and cook until nearly cooked through and broken up. And soy sauce, hoisein sauce, garlic (monced) and water chestnut slices, cut in halves or so. Continue to cook until excess liquid evaporates and chicken is coomked through. Serve on romaine leaves. (more romaine than filling).
