11.0 serving Egg, Farm Fresh Large3.0 stalk Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)1.0 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese12.0 oz Great Value - Canned - Chunk Chicken Breast In WaterThis is just the basic ingredients, I have also made this with onions and seasoned the chicken with garlic and onion powder and cayenne pepper. This is a versatile food that can be adapted to your and your family's taste!!!
Directions
Use food processor for the spinach and broccoli. Add eggs and 1/2 of cheese Use a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop mixture into to muffin pans Cook on 350 for 25 minutes.
