Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
Canola Oil. 2 tbspChicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces Summer squash, 2 cup, choppedZucchini squash, 2 cup, chopped Ginger, ground, 1 tspOnion powder, 1/2 tspGarlic powder, 1/2 tspSoy Sauce, 2 tbspChicken bouillon, 1 cubeWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cupSesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
Directions
chop chicken into small bite size pieces. Heat oil in a large skillet. Combine all powders. Pour ginger, garlic, onion powder mixture into oil stir, quickly add chicken. Let sit and cook for 5 min, then stir. Cook for 5 more minutes and add veggies. Cook 5 more minutes then make a hole in the center of the skillet. Pour in chicken broth (bouillon and water) and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and then add sugar. Stir cook on high until slightly caramelized or thickened. Serve over ginger noodles.
