Neufchatel Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
8 oz Neufchatel Cheese6 pieces of Center Cut bacon1/2 cup chopped grren onion tops or chives12 large mushrooms1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, if desired
Directions
Heat oven to 375*

Allow Neufchatel cheese to warm to room temperature.
Remove stems from mushrooms and clense dirt from them.
Fry bacon, drain on paper towel and set to the side. Crumble once cooled.
Chop onion or chive tops.

Blend softened cheese with bacon, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Stuff filling equally into the caps of the mushrooms, and then bake for about 15 minutes at 375*, or until mushrooms are cooked and cheese begins to brown slightly on top.

Makes 12 servings.
