Large turkey and cabbage taco salad

Ingredients
1.0 cup Sour Cream1.0 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned5.0 clove Garlic1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned1.5 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger8.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw4.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime5.0 oz Cacique - Ranchero Queso Fresco100.0 grams Cilantro, raw2.0 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix
Directions
Heat butter or oil in skillet Add garlic, onion, green chili and turkey. Brown. Add taco seasoning and cook per instructions. Place chopped cabbage in large bowl or casserole dish, add juice of 1 lime Mix corn, beans, cilantro to preference, and juice of .5 lime and layer over cabbage. Add turkey mixture. Top with chopped tomato, crumbled queso fresco, sour cream, more cilantro to taste, and the rest of the lime juice. I usually enjoy this with some corn tortillas and a side of avocado. Usually some Cholula as well. Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings
