Creamed Tuna on Toast

Ingredients
1 Can of Tuna, water drained1Cup No-fat Milk1 Tbls Butter1 medium onion chopped1 Tbls arrowroot flour1/2 cup celery, optionalSalt & Pepper and Lemon Juice to taste
Directions
Saute Onion (celery) in butter till soft, remove onion.
Make white sauce with remaining butter, arrowroot & milk.
Add Tuna and cook on medium-low until nice and bubbly hot.
Pour over low carb toast.

    To add some zip try a tsp of low fat miracle whip. This is one of my comfort foods. My wife hates it but then again she likes sour krout
