2 Egg and Veggie Burritos

2 large Scrambled Eggs0.5 cup, chopped Tomatoes0.15 cup, chopped Onions0.5 pepper Jalapeno Pepper1tsp Olive Oil2 Flour Tortillas1.5 slices of yellow american cheese Salt and pepper for seasoning
In a bowl, wisk 2 large eggs.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add chopped veggies.
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil.
Add egg mixture and cook until egg is done.
Don't over cook, as you want the vegetables to still be crunchy.
Turn heat off and add cheese.
Heat up tortillas and add egg scramble.
Roll up into burrito or fold like a taco.
