Honey Cookies

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 125 grams Butter24 Raisins (or sultanas)
Preheat oven to around 160C.
Melt honey, butter and brown sugar together.
Pour into sifted flour and baking powder. Mix together.
Roll into small balls and place on lined baking tray. Flatten slightly with fork, placing one raisin or sultana on each cookie.
Bake for 10-15 minutes - until golden on top.
Cool on wire cake cooler.
Enjoy!
