blueberry muffins-bisquick

Ingredients
2c. light bisquick1/3 c. sugar2/3 c. milk2 T. oil1 egg1-1/4 c. blueberries
Directions
mix all ingredients except blueberries until moistened. Fold in berries. Spoon into 12 muffin cups sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 15-20 min. until edges are brown. Let cool or serve warm.
Makes 12 muffins.

    I made this also using regular bisquick and 3/4 c. blueberries. Still only 138 calories, using regular ingredients. Love 'em. Easy to make, and not overly sweet. - 7/27/10
