Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:14 oz Beets (canned whole not pickled) approx 3 beets/serving 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 12 tsp packed Brown Sugar 4 tbsp Olive Oil 9 tsp Westbrae Natural White Miso 9 tsp Liquid Smoke (by MRSDUDLEY) 2 tbsp Onion powder 2 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Pepper, white Dry Ingredients:280 grams Vital wheat gluten 0.25 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour) (by DEECAFFEINATED)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 325°F.

2. Add all wet ingredients to blender and whiz until smooth.

3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

4. Add blender ingredients and mix until well combined.

5. Cover and let sit 15 minutes.

6. Wrap dough in a roast or log shape with 2 layers of foil. (Dough is wet and hard to shape. Sprinkle with profanities as needed to help with shaping.)

7. Bake 2 hours.

    How appropriate did you find the serving size? I usually just cut some slices from the end, so was guessing.
