Chai Smoothie

Ingredients
Organiz Tazo Chai tea bag1/2 tbsp Honey (or to taste)1 C Lowfat Vanilla Soy MilkIce
Directions
Brew tea bag and honey in a cup with hot water . I fill the Magic Bullet with ice and soy milk and a little of the tea. Blend till ice is slush then pour some into you cup and add all the tea and if you wish add more ice and blend again.


NOTE: I will do the same when I want it hot, just do not blend. Warm your soy and add to your cup with the tea.
Enjoy! Makes about 16 oz
