Ingredients
1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt1 6 oz container of your favorite flavor of nonfat yogurt4 sugar cubes, or 2 tablespoons of sugar2 cups of nonfat milk6 frozen starwberries or 6 fresh strawberries and a few icecubes
Directions
ONLY 5 EASY STEPS!!
1. Get out blender and plug it in.
2. Combine all ingredients into blender.
3. Blend until smooth and bit frothy.
4. Pour into four tall glasses.
5. Enjoy!
