Falafel

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, 0.1 cup (remove)*Cumin seed, 0.5 tbsp (remove)*Coriander seed, 0.5 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 0.5 tbsp (remove)Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
This is supposed to make 2 servings, but I made 3 large and 1 small patties.
Combine all ingredients in food processor, except oil.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet.
Shape mix into patties.
Fry 3 min/side.
