Keto Cauliflower Fritters in the Air Fryer

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets1 tsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 2 large eggs, lightly beaten3 cloves garlic, minced3 Tbsp minced scallions, plus more for garnishing2 Tbsp Olive oil
Preheart Airfryer to 375 degrees
Spray basket with avocado oil spray
Patty out and lay fritters into the airfryer basket.
Spray with olive oil and cook for 7 minutes.
Flip.
Cook another 7 minutes.
Repeat cooking the rest of the fritters in batches.
Top with scallions and serve with sugar free ketchup or sour cream for dipping.
