2.0 serving Daves Killer Bread 21 Grain Thin Slice4.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.12 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk0.25 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g)
Directions
Slice tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 10 mins. Toast 2 slices of bread Spread 1/8 cup ricotta cheese on the toast Top with tomatoes and a drizzle of pesto
