Corned beef stew

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh 8 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 serving Beef Bouillon (OXO)(1 Sachet) (by ARCTIC.ORCA) .26 cup (8 fl oz) Gravy, dry 1 clove Garlic Pepper, black 170 gram HEREFORD Corned Beef (by JUSTRAH02) 1 cup shredded cabbage1 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded)
Directions
Add onions, celery, carrots with a small amount of water and saute for about 3 mins. add rest of vegetables, garlic and oxo
simmer for appox 20 - 30 mins. season with salt & pepper to taste.
Chop Corned beef into cubes and add (also add dumplings if using) simmer about 10 mins or until dumplings are cooked
