2 tablespoon olive oil1 large yellow onion, chopped1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 chopped celery rib2 minced garlic cloves1 1/2 cups slow cooked kidney beans1 1/2 cups slow cooked black eyed peas15 ozcan crushed tomatoes14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained1 cup water8 oz vegetarian sausage linkstabasco sauce
Heat oil in skillet with onion, bell pepper andgarlic. Cook until soft. Transfer to slow cooker with beans, tomatoes, and seasoning. Just before serving, cook sausage in skillet then add to cooker with tabasco sauce.
