2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 serving Quorn Meatless & Soy Free Grounds (2/3c) (by SKINNYLILANGEL) 1 small Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic .5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 3.25 cup Cento Tomato Puree (by NYREDFOX) .5 tsp Oregano, ground 16 oz Spaghetti - Barilla Spaghetti
Put olive oil and meatless crumbles in large saucepan on medium-high heat and stir until golden brown about 5 minutes. Add the onion and cook for another 5 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, stir, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add oregano and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta and serve with the sauce.
