Quick Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups self rising flour2/3 cup milk1/3 cup oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Dump out batter onto wax paper and knead until smooth. Roll out and cut out biscuits.
If you want crunchy biscuits place close together. Softer biscuits place farther apart.
Cook at 425 degrees til brown on bottoms. To have more color on the tops place under the broiler for a few seconds.
Depending on size will make 12 to 15 biscuits
