Sw. Potato Chickpea burger

Ingredients
1.5 cup Sweet Potato (peeled/steamed)1 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) 3 clove Garlic 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain Sweet Corn 1 Medium Ear 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt1 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 cup Chickpea Flour 1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked from dry beans Paprika
Directions
boil chickpeas until softened. roast garlic, peppers, and onion until softened.
add all ingredients except flour and breadcrumbs to food processor, and blend until well mixed.
add everything to a large bowl and mix well adding chickpea flour until mix sticks together but is not wet. create bunsize patties and set on parchment lined cookie sheet.
bake in a 350 degree oven 15 minutes on each side or until golden.
