Fried Creamed Corn (No Oil, Butter, Bacon)

6 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Seasoning - Morton Fine Sea Salt (Mediterranean Sea Salt) 1.5 tsp Kroger Value Granulated Sugar
Shuck and cut corn from cob
Place corn in skillet and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer until water is just about boiled out (approx. 15 mins).
Mix flour with about a cup of warm water. Pour mixture into skillet with corn. Stir thoroughly.
Continue to cook stirring frequently until corn is thickened.
Add salt and sugar to taste.
For a real treat pair with fresh sliced tomatoes with a little salt. Enjoy!
