Mermaidsong's Wednesday stir fry

Ingredients
.75 serving VH Medium Garlic Rib Sauce (Per 1/4 jar (85 ml) (by DIDI_60LBS_BY60) 5 tbsp VH soy sauce (by GLITMUFF) 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 18 oz Chicken Breast, Boneless Grilled (6oz/170gm) 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 4 tsp Ginger Root 2 clove Garlic 2.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded
Directions
Put sesame oil into wok with onions, garlic and ginger. Saute and then add diced chicken. Slice the rest for stir fry adding the bok choy after the other veg have cooked a bit.
