6.0 fl oz Lime Juice6.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce0.37 cup, packed Brown Sugar18.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted3.0 tsp Garlic1.0 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)1.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk), sliced6.0 serving brown rice ramen0.25 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted, chopped fine
Mix first 7 ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. Put crockpot on keep warm after the 4 hours. Shred chicken and add back to the crokpot.
Cook noodles to package instructions.
While noodles are cooking whisk eggs together and cook in small pan until set. Slice eggs up into ribbon or chucks. You choose.
Mix eggs and noodles into crockpot with chicken and sauce. Top with peanuts and green onions. Serve.
