1 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 1 cup, whole Hazelnuts 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 fl oz Water, tap 1 Serving(s) Cardamom 0.5 cup Dried Cherries 0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 4 half Apricots, dried 1 Serving(s) Cumin
Mix nuts and seeds. Mix flax meal and water. Mix those two mixtures. Sprinkle with spice mixture. Dehydrate one hour at 200 degrees. Mix in dried fruit. Add chocolate chips or m&m's if desired.
