Mexicali Meatloaf ( Low Carb)

1 lb ground beef (85/15)1 lb Mild pork sausage1 cup crushed plain pork rinds4 oz diced green chilis, 1can 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, diced1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend 3/4 cup salsa (any heat)1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 cloves Garlic, crushed/minched2 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tsp Cumin (or your favorite spices)1 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a really big bowl and then with dirty clean hands mix and knead it to thoroughly blend.
Dump it into a lightly greased pan (whatever pan u use for meatloaf) and form it into a loaf.
Bake 1 1/2 hours ( I let it sit a few before cutting it)
Serving Size: Makes 8 serving
