All Protein Whip

Ingredients
2 cups crushed ice1/3 cup soy milk2 Tbsp. protein powder 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice, thawed slightly1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Chop ice in blender into a fine powder. Add rest of ingredients until it has a smooth consistency adding a little more ice water if necessary.

Makes one breakfast serving of protein or 2 snacks depending on your brand of protein powder. Different flavors and fruits alter the taste to create variety.
