3 dash Salt 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Peas, frozen 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Butter, salted 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 0.5 cup Milk, 1% 0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400.Dice about half an onion. Peel, quarter and boil potatoes - mash when completed with butter and milk. Saute onions in olive oil and add ground turkey when onions are softened. Dice carrots and celery and put aside in a bowl with peas mixed in. When the meat and potatoes are ready layer the pie. Meat at the bottom and then veggie mixture, topped with mashed potato mix and then put grated cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 min covered at 400. Remove foil and baker for 15 more minutes.
Serving Size: Cut into 6 pieces on a standard lasagna pan
