  • Number of Servings: 30
Ingredients
1 cup of white flour,1/4 cup of butter or any kind you like of fat,1/4 cup milk,1 teaspoon baking powder,grate some parmesan cheese(1/4cup),1 egg,beaten.
Directions
1-bring the flour and add the baking powder on top,softly combine.
2- heat the oven to 400F.

3-add butter and mix with hands,until the paste is bread pieces and nothing is sticked to your hand.

4-add milk,mix again harder(with hands).

5-put the mixture on cutting surface.cut into 30 cookies.

6-brush the surfaces with beaten egg,then add the cheese in the middle of each.
7-bake for 10 minutes,or until surface is red.
serve at room temp.
