Ingredients
1.0 tsp Cumin seed0.5 tsp Paprika0.5 tsp Pepper, black2.0 clove Garlic4.0 cup, chopped Kale2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.75 cup Chick Peas0.5 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)3.0 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes30.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP1.0 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co)3.0 serving Red Potato
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet; Add thinly sliced potatoes, sprinkle with salt. Cook potatoes until soft and browned to your liking; Add Chickpeas, brown to your liking; Add Old Bay, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until chickpeas are slightly browned. Add mushrooms, garlic and onion. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add Kale, and cover to steam. When kale is done, add nutritional yeast, mix, and serve. Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup serving
