Ingredients
2 cups serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Optional:Seeds or nuts-sunflower, pumpkin, walnut, almond, ect. coconutchia seedsI suggest 2 tablespoons of optional ingredients per cup of oats.
Directions
Mix all ingredients, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. After cool add in dried fruit. When serving, add diced banana, berries, whatever you like. Nutritional information is based on basic recipe.
