175 gram(s) Vivera veggie chicken pieces 275 gram(s) Waitrose fresh egg noodles 2 serving Waitrose Crisp & Sweet Mixed Pepper Stir Fry (1 Serving = 1/2 pack) 140 gram(s) Waitrose Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add the vivera vegan chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. About 4-6 minutes.
Add in the mixed stir fry vegetables and a splash of water. Cover and let steam another 4-6 minutes.
Decrease.the heat, add in the noodles and sauce, cover and let heat through another 4-6 minutes.
