Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1/2 lb Extra Firm Tofu1 Baby Bok Choy1 small onion1/2 cup shredded carrot2 Green Onions1 clove garlic2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce2 Tbsp Soy SauceCrushed chillis in oil 1 tspsalt to tasteiceberg lettuce leaves 8
Directions
Separate the leaves from lettuce and set aside.

Dice tofu into small cubes. Finely chop onion and green onions. Heat oil in non-stick pan. add garlic and onions. Once the onions are transparent, add tofu and cook until tofu starts turning brown. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until dry.

Serve in chilled lettuce cups.
