Ingredients
3 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
cube zuccini & summer squashes
cut up onion finely
dice tomato
add cheddar cheese
mix thoroughly
add salt and pepper to taste
spray casserole dish
dump ingredients into dish, smooth the top
bake at 350 for 3/4 hour
