Dash Dish No-Bake Cookie Pancakes

Ingredients
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 large Egg white, fresh ( 3/4 C)2 T Almond Milk 1 T JIF creamy peanut butter 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry) 1 scoop 100% Whey Protein "GNC Pro Performance"Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix 1 T Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 T Stevia 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/8 tsp Iodized Salt 1 T Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips
Directions
Heat non-stick griddle with cooking spray over medium heat. Mash the banana, and add egg whites, milk, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Separate bowl, measure the chocolate protein powder, oats, cocoa, stevia, baking powder and salt. Mix well and add to liquid mixture. Mix well again, wait a minute or so to let baking powder thicken. Use 1/4 measuring cup to measure. Before flipping, toss a few choc chips on top of each pancake.

The recipe in the book says this makes 2 servings, which by my calculation came out to 8 total pancakes - so I'm listing this recipe per pancake.
