Cauliflower hash browns

Ingredients
2.0 cup Cauliflower, raw2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend0.5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Shred cauliflower. Mix with other ingredients. Scoop onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. (I used a cookie scoop) Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. (You could use salt to replace Mrs. Dash. Adjust amount to your tadte)
