K's amazing whole grain pancakes

Ingredients
0.33 cup ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0.33 cup Garbonzo flour (by ETHERIALAURA) 0.33 cup Arrowhead Organic Buckwheat Flour (by VLBARC) .33 cup Starch, Cornmeal, Blue (by RHIDENISSEN) 0.33 cup Barley, dry rolled (by BSEIGFRIED) 0.33 cup Organic Rolled Spelt Flakes (by CARLAMFORREST) 0.33 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.66 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 tsp maple extract (by CHRYSTEL) 14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
MIx dry ingredients add liquids. should be a little watery let set while grill is warming 5-10 minutes batter will thicken. add water icf needed. use rolled rye for 1/2 of the rolled oats.
Optional Add berries,
optionalput nut s and seeds on grill then put pancake batter on top. Scoop 1/3 cup and smooth to round on grill. I cook on gas mark 3.5 for about 5 minutes then flip for 4 minutes. (my stoves highest gas mark is 6.)
