1 serving Yogurt- Yoplait Greek 100 calories (5.3 oz-150 g) .5 cup Minute Maid Light Orange Juice 50 % Less Calories .2 cup HEB Frozen Blueberries (by TOONHEAD) 30 gram HEB chopped spinach (frozen block) (by DREWAR) 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh .5 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple .25 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh
Add fruit and spinach to baggy and freeze. When ready to create smoothie add frozen fruit, greek yogurt, and a tiny bit of orange juice to blender. Pulse and add more orange juice to smooth out as needed.
