Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 red bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1 onion1 can black beans1 pack instant brown riceabout 1/2 bag of tortilla chipssalsa
Directions
dice onion and bell peppers then sautee in a skillet until soft. add ground turkey and cook until turkey is done. drain black beans and add to turkey,peppers,and onion mixture. simmer on low heat,stirring occasionally, for about 10 min. while mixture is simmering, cook brown rice according to directions on box. add rice to mixture and serve over tortilla chips. use salsa to taste and enjoy!!!!!!
