Ingredients
150 gram Little Potato Company - Dynamic Duo Fresh Creamer Potatoes (6 potatoes = 150g) (by TAMARISSA) 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 0.25 cup Butter, salted 0.5 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
Directions
Dice all vegetables. Place on double layer of heavy tin foil. Melt butter, stir in onion soup mix, pour over vegetables. Wrap package tightly and place on foil plate. Put into bbq on med-high heat about 20 minutes before grilling meat, for 25-30 minutes cooking time.
