2 boneless skinless chicken1 cup of fat free italian dressing1 cup of balsamic and vinaigrette dressing1 cup garlic tsp of seasond salt
first you want to clean the chicken.
then you need to add spices
rub with a little olive oil then place in bowl mix in dressings let sit in fridge all night
when ready to cook put in small glass pan and cook for 1 hr or till golden brown.
serve with fresh cooked vegtables preferably mustard greens or freshly cooked spinich
