2.0 tbsp Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Salt1.0 cup slices Beets, boiled4.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)32.0 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)96.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice6.0 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
Directions
Boil beets, peel. Strain garbanzo beans. Add all ingredients into food processor. Serving Size: Makes roughly 1.5 quarts which is 48 (1oz) servings.
