Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cup Flour, white4.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Salt1.25 cup Whole milk2.5 tsp Baking Powder5.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Wet Stuff! 1.) Melt Butter. 2.) Mix Egg, Vanilla and Milk in a bowl and whisk together. 3.) Slowly add melted butter into the rest of the rest stuff as to not cook the egg. Dry Stuff! 1.) Add all the dry stuff into a bowl and whisk to mix together. Add wet stuff into the dry stuff and whisk until combined. Don't worry about some lumps. Cooking! 1.) Use an UNOILED skillet. 2.) Add some batter into the skillet and you'll know when to flip when you see bubbles forming on the top of the pancake. 3.) Flip and cook the other side for a little less time than the first side. 4.) Remove pancake to a plate and cover with foil 5.) Repeat until you have 8 pancakes. Top with whatever you'd like!
