Cheesy chicken and rice

430 grams Chicken Breast (cooked) and diced150 grams Onions diced (about 1 1/2)230 grams Mushrooms diced (about 8oz container)5 grams Garlic minced (1large clove)1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free) 255 grams Peas, frozen (1 1/2 cups)1 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar 3 cups prepared instant white rice
Heat pan over medium heat. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are almost done. About 5 minutes. Add frozen peas. Cook about 4-5 minutes.
Mix cream of chicken soup with water. Stir in cooked diced chicken. Pour into pan. Cook 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in rice and cheese.
