1 cup, chopped Pecans 6 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened .2 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 1 oz (10-12 kernels) Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted (salt added) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 3 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp 365 Organic Peanut Butter, Unsweetened creamy (by LOOKIN4-8) .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN) 1 gram Stevia in the Raw
Directions
Process together all dry ingredients. Melt butters and add vanilla. Pour wet into dry. Mix thoroughly. Chill at least two hours. Form small balls. Keep refrigerated.
