Ingredients
6 cup, diced Rhubarb .67 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Chop rhubarb. Put rhubarb, sugar, 2 tablespoons water and dash of cinnamon. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve with pancakes or over ice cream or eat plain.
