1.0 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey1.0 cup Beans, black2.0 cup Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free5.0 serving Mission corn tortillas Restaurant Style ( 1 serving = 2 corn Tortillas)0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)4.0 serving Cheese, Sargento String, Reduced Fat Mozarella, 1 stick100.0 grams Cilantro, raw4.0 oz Pico de Gallo
Directions
Spray 9 inch rectangle pan with pam One layer of corn tortills (about 5) Pour 1 can casa mamita green enchilada sauce over tortillas(10.5 oz) Layer of taco seasoned cooked ground turkey (1lb), diced red onion, fresh cilantro, black beans Next layer of tortillas (about 5) Heat and mix fat free refried beans, pico de gallo, and half can casa mamita green enchilada sauce. Then spread it over tortilla layer Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min Take out and add shredded reduced fat mozarella (Thin layer just to cover top of beans) put back in to bake until cheese is melted. Cut into 8 even portions (one line length wise down the middle, then 3 top to bottom across first line like a grid.) Serving Size: 8 even portions
