16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 1tsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Chili powder 1.5 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder (by MZTRACY) .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Oregano Powder (by SPWITHSPIRIT) .25 tsp Salt 2 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 49 gram Mission Gluten Free Tortilla 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 2 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken strips in greased 13 x9 baking dish. In small bowl combine the oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Drizzle the spice mixture over chicken and stir to coat. Next add tomato’s & veggies to dish and stir to coat. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender
